Pacer Hepperly is senior pastor of RIO Revolution Church which began in 2007. He and his wife, Connie, live in Townsend, TN, near their two sons, daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren. Pacer’s dream was to lead an exciting church with a primary focus on bringing people to Christ and cultivating spiritual maturity. Since inception, the church has grown in every measurable way. The current campus was completed in 2011 and seats just over 1100 people. As a result of the growth, we have recently launched multi-services and now provide livestream to our internet campus. In 2015, we planted our first Revolution Church in Chile.
Pacer has a deep passion for developing leaders and serving the local community. He feels that the church should play a much bigger role in the community. His goal is to continue building relationships with local government, police, and the school system. Last year, the church invested $135,000 into the community to help needy children.
